adding a . or a - after steamcommunity.com is used frequently by scam sites to confuse people. Your log added a . and the other link probably gets flagged since users normally do not link directly to files on the cdn so community- normally isn't an issue.
edit: also looks like quote marks get used too lol
valve will host the all the account credentials/pricing/webpage structure and this akamai service will host the pictures.
it reduces load on valve servers.

Akamai is a content delivery network that hosts static files for a whole bunch of different websites. Reading the thread or doing a little research instead of making baseless claims might help in future.
