I got a private server ban on CS:GO?

I was playing with a couple of friends, and bots, obviously I would kill a couple of bots, you know, because they suck at the game. And I also killed my friend that was my teammate, and once I did that, I got kicked off of the server. I was also the one hosting it so my friends were steam messaging me like crazy with text like "LAHGGG" and "LOL IT SAID YOU WERE KICKED FOR DOING TOO MUCH DAMAGE TO TEAMMATES!!!", why did I get banned from my own server? I can't start up any new ones because it says my SteamID is banned from my own servers. Pls help GabeN.

Hi, I found out the way to fix this! Do "removeallids" in console and you will be unbanned from your own servers!
