Beyond: Two Souls, Prey, Control, Quantum Break to some extend.
Silent Hill and Fatal Frame (Project Zero).
They are by far the best.
The ebst examples are Silent HIll 1-3 and Fatal Frame 1-3 too. They are on PS2, Xbox, Wii, to varying degrees. But well worth tracking down as the consoles can still be bought dirt cheap.
You can get later Silent Hill outings on here, but they're a pale imitation. Also Fatal Frame's most recent outing IS here on Steam, and it is still worth getting. I'd say go for it, and if you enjoy it, you MUST then track down a PS2 and get the originals as you won;t regret it.
Great game although I've read the PC Director's cut has some issues.
Absolutely spot on. Not only is it VERY inspired by David Lynch, but it has a freaky humour too and is VERY tongue in cheek.
It's WELL worth it, as it's one of those few games that can meld creepy and humour without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up.
Well, my coffee said so anyway.
