Wix websites being blocked and other north korea like restrictions?

So before you read:

This was made earlier, Im too lazy to edit it.
We have covered alot of topics that dont change the fact that this is an injustice, and I suggest you read all the comments. Im getting real sick of answering the same question rephrased 30 times because people refuse to read previous pages...

Because if this was an existing policy, wix has been around for a long while.

Edit: again, scamming or any malacious use of wix is against theit tos, and they take down anything like it. Folloeing this there is only 5 or so reports of a website created with wix uses for spamming, again,5 websites that are bad, several million that are good.

The website that I spent 2 days on; the one that my group (Frigid gaming) uses for server advertising/Avalibility, Staff managment, Announcment etc is now assoiciated with a blacklisted website domain *COUGH*
Our site, http://frigid.wix.com/frigidgaming is now basicaly unusable...
right when it needed a redesign though...

anyways whats up with all the restrictions? I cant trade with poeple without waiting 3-4 days for my items,
If I cancle a trade because I misclicked I get to wait 7 days...
all because some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ was either: A: Mentaly ill, B: Drunk, C: Dident read the link or do any resereach, C: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥; (Ooh look, I cant say R E T A R D E D outloud) and they got scammed.
I now have to pay 10$ a year just for a website that we made for free that worked just fine,
Do 2 days of work again, and a whole lot more.
its getting to be too much.

Because someone failed to realise they shouldent put their password and username on a website that is does not have a secured connection?
Why should I have to go through all this trouble because someone traded outside the trade window and against all other advice and instinct, traded and got scammed.

The WIX domain is blocked because, as I said prior, Steam cannot define virus-hosting sites.

have you used the wix editor? It does not allow posting of such viruses, it does have ever have a tool for 5$ where you can link a google drive file, that they can then choose to download.
It also does not allow you to store information such as passwords and other things to prevent scam sites being created.
Kill me please.

Spoofing can come in many forms. Many also impersonate other famous trading site. Or pretend to be trading sites themselves.

but password and registrations is not sent to the creator of the site, its sent to wix's login servers.

Its not the fact that I have a problem with paying 12$ yearly for a domain at godaddy, its the fact that a service that I use for my group of 214+ poeple, has been taken away because of someone else.

But can we just teach poeple not to be stupid? Its not that hard. I stated 3 times already that you should:

Check the url is legit under scrutiony before putting personal info of any kind

Trade in the window

Dont make deals that require faith/honor/Promise what ever if you arent willing to take the risk that you WILL 90% of the time be scammed.

Dont trade on trading websites....

It IS happening regardless of the methodology. You keep asking for "how" despite that being irrelevant

You are asking Steam to allow scammers to abuse users on Steam just so you can host your free website there

Again victim blaming is an uncompelling defense because it defers blame away from the root cause which is scammers. All so you can get your really junky website up. It's just your own selfishness and covering it up by blaming the victims

Im not saying steam has an obligation to me, im saying it does to a large group of people that uses it. I have yet to see these "Scams", people have given me links to what, 5 reports of it on a website that hosts several billion? 5<10000000000? you choose.

I am not asking steam to allow scammers, I am saying steam should be teaching the affected and making them read, and tell them common practice as I stated before,
Reading url's, Paying attention, Trading in the window, dont make deals that require faith/promise.

I have been scammed before in my life, and I learned my lesson. I pay attention.
Most accidents happen when a user is tired/Under drug or alchohal influence/not paying attention. People need to learn and being scammed is the problem of the end user, the only thing steam should be worried about is scamming going rampant like it was in 2010 on roblox.

Also, The methology of how steam deals with these scammers can be changed DRASTICALY.
I have suggested such things before.

The issue I have with this; was that I havent been SHOWN any of these "Scam Sites" created.
theres a total of 5 reports created by users on the wix forums, and they host several billion sites. thats a pretty good statistic if I do say. But why should I, and my group have to deal with that? Its kinda stupid. "Oh you can make your free website? ♥♥♥♥ research, lets just ban it right away"

The problem is that its gonna take along time to transfer that over, and hosting takes money and time.

You can scam/spam people using any website, it just becomes easier to do it again and again if it is free.
Also the people like who are affected by this change is way less the people who would get exposed to harmful or spammy links from that site via steam.
