A flawed question - there is no "better" because you haven't offered ANY variables.

I could equally ask "what's better? Dinosaurs or cardboard?" without context or specifics, it's completely pointless and the responses you get will be equally useless.

So, let me add a few qualifiers.

If you like more a of a light-hearted fun co-op team based game, go for TF2.
If you want something a little more "realistic" and involved, go for CSGO.

If that's not what you're concerned with then please detail your points.

I prefer TF2. I mean CS:GO is fine in theory. But the style of game that it is seems to appeal to toxic people more, a lot of precision skill based games do. TF2 is a bit more forgiving and just being OK at TF2 isn't a sin quite like it tends to be in CS.
