Steam uses the second.
it drops by 150mbps and it give me 21mb/s
it should give me 18.75 mb/s
less than 21 so it is innacuarate and a bandwith hog.
if it was truly accuarte and using all those megabytes per second
my games wouldnt take that long too download.
TL;DR can't use the internet when Steam is downloading something.
so is my configuration stop being jealouse loser.
You have nothing good too say we have no promblems with anything else but steam take your attitude some place else.
i just say how it most likely is, since you most likely have standard endconsumer hardware provided by your isp or blindly bought on a lower budget. some of these stuff cannot handle too many parallel connections and some of these stuff even identifies Steam trying to download something as an attack and simply blocks it off. so either configure your router/modem properly or upgrade to a better model.
and thanks for insulting me for no reason.
An a weirdo. My friend has a 2gbit connection too you know what his speed tops out
at 750mbps.Goodbye
