Valve pls help
Good afternoon!
I had an incident related to the removal of my account, steam guard and gmail were attached to my account. The account was unlinked without email confirmation and steam guard. on the account, only one game was bought for real money - this is counter strike. it was purchased in 2013 through webmoney, but due to the fact that webmoney deleted the account after 3 years of non-use, it is not possible to provide a receipt, but a lot of other information was provided confirming the fact of ownership of the account. Russian-speaking support is powerless and, like a robot, replies with the same messages. in this regard, I ask you to help and check again, but in more detail.

According to support its impossible to do anything if I can't remember the email address I used years ago and no longer have for years, they really need this address because: and I quote:

"Due to the value of the account"

Completely ignoring the fact that 100% of funds added to the account over the years were added by me, ignoring the fact that I have receipts for all of the transactions and that the receipts are on my name

Seriously, I think they honestly don't care or are just having some fun with us, Ill email Gaben because I read today that sometimes he actually answers, but doubt this will help and soon will just hire a lawyer and take this matter to the judiciary system (what a absurd measure Steam forces me to take), and yeah the account is valuable enough to make a laywer worth it, its not a old account with many medals but I invest in CSGO heavily

given that support must see everything, up to ip addresses, mac addresses, this is just a circus. in my case, webmoney made a circus, they turn out to delete accounts if they are not used. It's absurd that a financial instrument deletes history. Because of this, I can not restore the purchase receipt

Yes, I did and the only people that can help you with your Steam account and purchase problem are Steam Support, not ordinary people in the forum.

I mean that I provided a bunch of information that only the owner can know. But what they want, I can't get. Long story short, it's useless. tired of replying to stupid and repetitive messages. please close the topic

"Если войти в аккаунт вебмани возможно, тогда и возможно зайти на report.wmtransfer.com где вы можете заказать разовый отчет (выписку) по кошельку, но только начиная с 01.01.2014 года. Из выписки вы уже можете найти свои стим транзакции и предоставить поддержке стим.
Если поддержка будет требовать более ранние квитанции с вебмани, тогда так прямо и пишите, что сервис дает возможность сделать выписку только с 01.01.2014. Более ранние операции удалены из системы, что есть чистая правда. Если и этого поддержке стим будет недостаточно - напишите в поддержку вебмани о конкретной более ранней транзакции, чем 01.01.2014. Вы получите ответ, что более ранних транзакций в системе уже нет и этот ответ приложите в стимподдержку.

update: старые транзакции до 01.01.2014 всё же можно отыскать, но только если вы использовали webmoney keeper classic (winpro). В этом случае поищите на компьютере файлы по имени вашего WMID. Тут есть свой нюанс: формат базы данных транзакций в кипере изменялся, поэтому далеко не факт, что даже если вы найдете старый свой кошелек (базу транзакций на вашем ПК), то новый кипер может просто не понять эту базу (не сконвертировать в новый формат). Перед тем как подсовывать файл старой базы транзакций в новый кипер - сделайте его резевную копию, а потом уже манипулируйте.

Если в аккаунт вебмани зайти невозможно - восстанавливайте к нему доступ через арбитраж вебмани (потребуется верификация личности и получение персонального аттестата)."
