Block/Unblock Glitch
theres a glitch when you Unblock someone after Blocking them and i did this because i thought my friend was glitched but it dident work so i unfriended him then tried to friend him but it said communication blocked when were best freinds :(

Have you restarted steam? If so, contact support.

i did i loged out and loged back in but it still dident work

someone said that he has to block/unblock me then we both have to restart steam and we can be friends again
but i cant talk to him
