Didn't get steam wallet balance

I purchased steam credits by my debit card i have enough money and every thing is working good but i don't know why i didn't get any steam wallet balance and i tried to request refund and it's showing that we're unable to request your process. They didn't gave me steam credits and they didn't gave me a refund also. I don't know why ths type of things happening in steam. If yu have any problems with the server then correct it. I lost my almost 100 CNY in steam wallet balance and they didn't even give me a single credit balance. They deduct the money also but i didn't got any credits. Please can anyone help me out this problem? Thanks

Probably a delayed transaction, wait for about an hour or two and it should work otherwise try again to add funds

The money is still with your bank, wait for your bank to sort things out.

Didn't receive money on steam please help
I wanted to put my 15 euro on steam so i did 10 first it took my money but didnt receive it on steam. i thought it will be there when i refresh but when i bought the 5 euro one it was there instantly. please help.

Wait 3-5 business days, (remember a business day is not a weekend and sometimes will not be a Friday).

Depending on how you paid, there may be some finger-pointing. If you used a third-party like Paypal, the payments 'front', (fronting a payment: i.e, Paypal using their funds and then charging you after: AKA no transaction made at the 'payment') before contacting a bank, granted you had no PP wallet balance. This 'front' can also take up to 3-5 business days but usually contacts the bank within 24 hours.
After expunging all options available, this can turn into a circus even over the most minuscule amount of money.

Read the thread you necroed.

Your transaction failed. The money never reached Steam. The money is currently on hold by your bank and will be realised back into your account within a few days or sooner.

This isn't weird or abnormal - it's just how banking works.
