i can't access mature game pages

when i try to go on dead island remastered's page or lone survivor, i just get the error 310

1. revise your store filter settings here:

some things got added and changed, more details here

it is not yet public displayed on the games own store page if they fulfill any of these new metrics, so take a look at the example games. if you are an adult i recommend enabling everything for the meantime if you don't wanna miss something.

2. clear Steam browser cache and cookies:
steam settings -> webbrowser -> delete cache and cookies
* this here is enough to fix the error but the rest is advisable.

3. exit Steam and start it again

I've been having the same problem but it's not just with mature games. I can't even access the Dragon Quest XI page from the app. If I open Steam from Chrome I can access the page but I can't if I'm using the app. All I get is Error Code -310. I've checked everything and my computer is fine and my internet connection too, so I don't know if the problem has to do with Steam itself or there's something else I'm missing.

Clear your cache / cookies.

Steam - Settings - Web Browser - Delete Web Browser Cache / Cookies.
