STEAM SUPPORT/ ACCOUTN ALERT
How long does it for steam support to really reply? ive my issues 1 week ago. i cant purchase anything because they wont help me with account alert?|

can anyone help me with this? its about the current region vs the entered billing addresS?

If you're saying the region you live in is different to the billing address entered then you need to fix one of those.

Steam has stopped people region hopping to get cheaper prices, so you now need a payment method from the region you reside in.

If it's something else then you need to post the full message they've given you.
Make sure your ticket is still open and that you done all that's been asked. Then just continue waiting. If it dragons on more than 10 days then I would submit a separate ticket asking about what's going on.

yes, i made a purchase to change my region ( to where i am, Canada) Because before i used a steam card and entered my other billing address(philippines).

-Also, about what she( from above ) said, where do i change this?
-if i change it back to Ph address, how can i get make my region to Canada again? buy again? hope it wont alert? |

Update the information in your current ticket if you haven't done this already and then just wait for a response. If you've done this yet still haven't heard anything back in a few more days then open another ticket and explain you have another ticket that is ongoing and still going unanswered. Just make sure you include the information they require.

is referring to the ticket? or the steam account's region should be changed?

also if profile, where do i change? Because if its the ACCOUNT DETAILS, i cant really change it since i need a purchase from Canada. (which i did and gave me and alert)

Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpRequests find the ticket and go from there.
yeah, i can see all my tickets here, but can i change the details/address here?
Have you looked under Steam > View Account Details, you should find the linked payment method on that screen.

yeah, the "add payment method to this account", i cant access since my account has an alert, and all transactions are disabled.

or should i go to
ADD FUNDS> Change country from there (my old one)
and hope itll take the alert of? is that what the reply means?

There's no magic shortcut to this, or all scammers would simply do this, wouldn't they?
