yes, i made a purchase to change my region ( to where i am, Canada) Because before i used a steam card and entered my other billing address(philippines).

is referring to the ticket? or the steam account's region should be changed?
if its the ticket, which option/tab/ wherever can i find it and change it?
also if profile, where do i change? Because if its the ACCOUNT DETAILS, i cant really change it since i need a purchase from Canada. (which i did and gave me and alert)
