What is your 2 week gameplay hours showing up as on your profile
I think I've hit the most hours ever for me personally on a 2 week streak. Being laid off the past 2 months has helped I guess. But man, I really need to take a break. Just looked.

102.2 hours over the past 2 weeks. No games idled either. I am definitely not proud of that.

So is anyone looking more pathetic than me on hours right now?

Without checking mine should be just a couple of hours.

It's not pathetic though - I've been ill with a stomach infection which put me completely out of everything except sleeping for several weeks. It was a bastard and I'm still not completely out of the woods as I'm now dealing with a lack of protein and it's effects.

But that said, I wouldn't hold any candle to such things anyway. Figures really mean nothing and it can be misleading to hold onto such things. Much like when people use flawed statistics like "hours played = value" for a game.

The problem lies in that you start hanging more importance on such stats and when you come across a situation that doesn't apply you'll end up annoying yourself.

I will regularly play on a variety of platforms, so despite me being ill, I often have times away from Steam completely. I'll simply be on an SNES, or PS1, or Xbox or something.

Don't get hung up on these things as it doesn't help you.

On Steam at this moment it's 1,3 hours. Been playing non-Steam and console games the past 2 weeks.

Edit: Hope you recover well, Crunchy.

Thank you - it's been pretty horrible frankly. As I rely on gaming for when the pain gets too much, this even affected that.... and I simply can't have my vaulable gaming time encroached upon. That's just not on.

On a plus point though, my "laying down and farting occasionally" pasttime was unaffected.

Yeah, things not working well in the stomach and intestines area can be quite the ♥♥♥♥♥. IBS here, with some food intolerances and a history of stomach infections. Such things can be crippling indeed.

Tablet and phone games actually are nice for those moments, lets you play at least a bit.

Gotta meet the quota.

Sorry to hear that bud. My missus has Crohns and I now know how awful it can be.

Who would think that something so seemingly inane like digestion can absolutely ruin concentration and motivation et al?

Op, i avrage between 130-180 H constantly, so i do not think it's pathetic or wrong in any way shape or form. But i am biased i guess.

Legit my best was like 125 hours when i played "Pathfinder: Kingmaker" in about 10 days with 10+ hour sessions each day".
:lunar2019grinningpig:

But my usual 2 week average is normally around 60 hours.

294.2

can also be 400 or more, depending on how much I have Idle Games open (or how long)
StickyPawz Apr 28, 2021 @ 10:53am
14.5 hours, cuz I only have gaming time on weekends.
Crafter Apr 28, 2021 @ 12:38pm
It says 7.2 hours, but I've mostly been playing a game I recently bought called Starsector that isn't on Steam, so that time is not recorded. Otherwise I've been playing Genshin Impact for about 2 hours daily. Despite how many games I have on Steam, I've really been neglecting it pretty hard lately :skele:

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
