And now al has added new info to his profile info at the top of his profile...

Common knowledge is on any site; Admins/Staff/Employees do not contact people outside of the site/service itself, and often do not contact people directly at all.
Anyone wanting your password, purchase history, to "verify your items" by giving it to them to "inspect", claiming your account will be suspended/banned if you don't do (thing) is always a scam
There is no such thing as "accidentally reporting" either, nor does a report against your account do anything if a Steam Employee looks into your account and finds nothing wrong.
Always use the search before asking a question.

Specifically...
Yes but it is not an employee who contacted me directly. it was a random person and he sent a steam profile with a valve employee badge. That's what puzzled me. Because i believe to have that badge means you are a legit valve employee. That's why I asked
BTW, please post a link to that Jiffy profile. I'd like to check myself.
Anyone can link you to anything. Much like how people can send you a youtube video, people can send a link saying to "Add them" or otherwise in attempt to look more legitimate for what they want you to do.
If anyone wants you to do anything with your account that could compromise the status of your account, or makes claims of your account; report the account messaging you to the proper service. Any Discord account trying to scam you, report to discord. Any Steam account trying to scam you, report to Steam.

This is the link he sent me
Valve staff do not operate on Discord or anywhere else. Steam Support are the only Valve appointed staff who deal with users and this is done within the Steam client only.
Everything on Discord is a scam.
