Any idea on how to minimize lag or delay on game?

This is what my problem recently where I close all tabs and focus on my gaming community but then it annoys me seeing my screen hang on due to high ping. I am the only one using the internet in my hometown with a 5mbps but still manage to punish me on game. I have nothing to upgrade then, because i don't have work or income, no other game played aside from dota2.I wish to advice me on my problem and so i can continue to pursue my passion on esports.

Now you're moving the goalposts.

Your claims that my suggestions COULDNT work were demonstrable rubbish. And the fact remains until these things are eliminated through process of elimination, then you can't move on.

This is basic trbouleshooting 101.
