What?

Spamming the forums doesn't help you and getting an infraction for spamming will certainly not help you either.

play the game. adding friends, posting on the forum, commenting on profiles has nothing to do with trust factor

Well, does he disappear without doing anything to him?

What should i do?

Play the game, preferably in teams without cheaters. Don't engage with cheaters.
You did something to earn the red trust factor. Now you have to work harder on regaining this trust.

Sometimes, this can took so long?
Q: What can I do to improve my Trust Factor?
A: All you need to do is be a positive member of the CS:GO and Steam community. We’re still iterating on the Trust Factor model and adjusting the way various factors are combined, but we want to make sure that all you have to do to improve your matchmaking experience is continue to play CS:GO and other Steam games legitimately. The more you play, the more information the system has and the easier it will be for the system to determine who you should be matched with.

And being a positive member of the community actually means, don't get warnings or bans from the forums.

Or rather not cheating in other games and accumulating game bans or behaving like a ♥♥♥♥ in DOTA and getting reports for griefing.

Yup, because it's an overall summary of ongoing behaviour.

As you've been working AGAINST being a good member of the community by spamming and stuff, now you're going to need to work twice as hard to get there.

That's kind of the point.

I am so sorry about that. I will help you to fix trust factor with some tips.

1. Do not be toxic
2. Do not report without reason
3. Do not be reported for abusive voice/chat
4. Try to be nice in-game and ask players to commend your profile
5. Watch overwatch cases
6. Do not make team damage
7. Do not leave matches
8. Level-up your steam to higher level
9. Do not play with cheaters

I think those steps will bring you to green trust very fast. Just be patient.
