Steam account hijacked, how do i provide proof of ownership?

So someone posted a link for a freebie on a discord server and it was my friend's server so i trusted it (i know i'm dumb). Anyways so my account is now hijacked with the email changed as well. How do i recover it? I searched methods ways of recovery. One was that you select click on i forgot my password and then provide proof of ownership after entering your account name. But the issue with this is you can no longer use your account name for it you have to enter your email address of phone number which have of course been changed. Then there was a way to create a new support ticket but even that is not working i click on the link which should redirect me to creating a new support ticket but i just get redirected to steam support home page. I do have all the proofs steam wallet code, mails of the the email attached to my steam id being changed and even in the steam app even though its not logged in anymore it still shows the authenticator codes. I have all this to prove my ownership i just don't know where do i provide it. Please help me with this i will really be very grateful i have spent money and so much time on the account.

Read one of the many threads about an account being lost.

There is a guide on how to recover your account that's posted over and over and over again.

Trying following the guide, maybe the path you're finding the dead end on is some kind of glitch.

thankyou for the reply, but i have searched everywhere and it just says to create a ticket providing proof of ownership. But how do i create a ticket i cannot understand the link to create a ticket is just not working. it should be this one https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php?category=11 but nope not working

You make a support ticket, and THEY will ask you for something. You don't have to do this in advance.

I had to do something similar a while back, when I wanted to remove my phone number without access to the phone. They pointed to me to a purchase I had made, and asked for an ID number from PayPal.

It's working just fine. You click "My account" and then "Help logging in" which will takes you to the recovery process.
