For the former: Not really a mp kinda genre, but Beneath a Steel Sky is free.
For the other: X-com has a multiplayer mode, I believe. Civ 6 is the other obvious choice.
Confused me too,
If you mean mouse only i suggest any turn based strategy game.
Blood Bowl 2 is cheap as chips during any sale:

Oh yes, mouse only games. Sorry about that.
I'm disabled, and ofttimes will want to use one hand only (ooer missus). There are two sites I'll recommend about disabled gaming -
Ablegamers.com - great guys who run a charity dedicated to disabled community and getting disabled people into play via the right controllers. If you find anyone there to talk to, you might find some specific suggestions.
More appropriately, caniplaythat.com - a fabulous site which specialises in reviewing games from a disabled perspective, so you should easily be able to find something that appeals to yourself.
Thank you very much. I will check them out.
Totally fine - I was just checking.
So along with ElvisDeadly and Crunchyfrog's great advice, here are a few from skimming my library - I tried to go for a wide range of games:

(mp) https://store.steampowered.com/app/226840/Age_of_Wonders_III/
(sp but still fun) https://store.steampowered.com/app/247020/Cook_Serve_Delicious/
(mp 2 is free) https://store.steampowered.com/app/203770/Crusader_Kings_II/
(sp, great if you love reading) https://store.steampowered.com/app/200960/Geneforge_1/
(free with mp) https://store.steampowered.com/app/1536610/OpenTTD/
(sp) https://store.steampowered.com/app/233450/Prison_Architect/
(sp - the whole trilogy is free for a few more hours on GOG) https://store.steampowered.com/app/234650/Shadowrun_Returns/
Along with these the whole Wasteland series and the original Fallout isometric series are on PC Gamepass either for free or for 1 buck.
You should also have a look at the older DnD games: Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights and Planetscape Torment.
Is a good one, spacebar is the only button you'd be using and everything else is mouse controls, but you could rebind it to something on the mouse.

Artifex Mundi is my goto choice, I'd look at a few of their games.
I've thought about an older Civ game, 4 or 5. It's been quite a while since I've played those games but I do remember the controls were relatively simple.
If need be, you could look into hardware options.
Perhaps a gaming mouse with lots of remappable buttons and other various doodads :D
Ooh yes. Good point about the mouse especially. I use a marble mouse (Logitech) as I've always found them REALLY good with not getting hand cramp or anything as you use your finger or thumb to move the trackball. I've used them for years and they are built solidly too.
For myself, I play hidden object games in real life. I have so much clutter that I can find ♥♥♥♥ all :)
I've tended to keep my clutter down by keeping my interests as both a mobile-necessity and expendable.
I'm ome of those, "Here. Don't go alone, take this (*handed a small meowing kitten*) and Godspeed on your mission!" 😸
