1. Booster packs (random and can be for more than one game, higher levels supposedly get more of them, but its not a great way to depend on)

4. Buy in-game items, every 9$ or what it is in the local currency will grant 1 more drop (Not sure its 9$)
That one more apply to F2P games like TF2 (I think it has in-game items you can buy in game) and the like
F2P games with DLC's that cost money will normally make the game owned (so you get the card drops from it, not extra)
I think a more correct term is maybe in-app purchases?
