You can try to ask the bank for the original amounts, though again, it depends on the bank how helpful they can be.
It's a known issue for years that verification sucks arse in "non Steam standard" currencies.
IIRC Steam had an issue where they lost some CC info sometime ago. Sadly making yours a new payment method which triggers a general trading restriction.
I'm making the assumption, your post is about Steam's Credit card verification.

I had this verification method happen to me when I added a new payment source to my PayPal. Typically, two deposits are made, I haven't encountered two withdrawals.
If you have online account access through your phone like most normal people do these days, you can check your account every now and then and see which two amounts are deposited or in your case, withdrawn I guess.

Nothing was withdrawn. It's a hold. It's a "hey we would like to take 2.50 out of the account later, please make sure it will be still there" only that they will never take it.
Currency converters are useless as they use mid-market rates. What counts is your banks conversion rate at that time which can (and often will) include conversion fees.
The current exchange rate is 7.44 DKK per 1 EUR.
The bank however can convert this into anything between 7.00 and 7.44 depending on their fees and the rate at the time they updated theirs. Now apply rounding on top of that.
This is what makes it near impossible to deduct the original value for non USD/EUR. And it's an issue well known to Valve.
