Also your invocation of the constitution (which ammendment by the way) means nothing. You're buying games on steam, which is a private company so they can limit resales however they want. If you don't like it then punish valve by simply not using steam anymore

and steam is not the company you are trying to put the blame on. steam is the gaming platform that "VALVE" created.
Exactly, do not use Steam anymore, that is what I said in the first place. Also, tell 10 other people not to buy games on Steam.
to play most games you need steam.
either dont play those games or deal with the rules set forth when you signed up for your account.

If you agreed to it without reading TOS/EULA that's on you, you still agreed to Valve regulating resales of games bought through their service
