steam sucks Monkey Butt! Number 2
The whole principle of selling a product without supporting the product is inherently unfair. The reality is that I still cannot get the game to work and now, since I bought the game from Steam, I cannot re-sell the game as if I had a hard copy. This is why Steam sucks monkey butt!! I only got around 50% of the way through the game! So I wind up getting half the game at full price. Steam's policy of not allowing me a legal, re-sellable copy is inherently illegal and anti-capitalistic as I have a right to own (and resell) property I legally pay for as per the U.S. Constitution.

Did you post your particular problem in the game's forum to see if anyone can help? I don't see that you posted anything here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/377160/discussions/

I did every trick on the web and everywhere over the last six months. Some would work, many did not, and even the ones that worked the game would eventually stop working again. The one thing that worked really well for a while is deleting all my games and starting the game over entirely.
Try posting a thread in the game's forum, as mentioned. Explain the specific problem, and see if someone responds with a solution.

I was not aware I could not re-sell this game as I assumed that Steam is a legal and ethical business.

Ignorance is no excuse. I also do not believe for a second you didn't know this since it's pretty much a standard in the industry these days

Also your invocation of the constitution (which ammendment by the way) means nothing. You're buying games on steam, which is a private company so they can limit resales however they want. If you don't like it then punish valve by simply not using steam anymore

you checked on registering, on installing and on using Steam that you have read this:
http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/

so you were aware, you just did not read it
all games are tied to your account upon purchase or key redemption. no other retailer in the world upon key redemption will allow reselling of that product. all keys are one time use keys. this has been the way of pc gaming for over 15 years.

and steam is not the company you are trying to put the blame on. steam is the gaming platform that "VALVE" created.

Exactly, do not use Steam anymore, that is what I said in the first place. Also, tell 10 other people not to buy games on Steam.

to play most games you need steam.

either dont play those games or deal with the rules set forth when you signed up for your account.

Whether or not I read it or was aware of it at the time of purchase, there is no way I could tell I would have so much difficulty with Fallout 4 leading to my not being able to finish the game. Even if the problem lies in my hardware, which at this point, is most likely, I could not predict not being able to finish the game leading to me paying full price for half the game.

If you agreed to it without reading TOS/EULA that's on you, you still agreed to Valve regulating resales of games bought through their service
