Is humble bundle safe?
I saw that Killing Floor free is on that site for a day. But I have to link my steam account to it. Can I trust it? Or will I get random e-mails that somebody is trying to log in to my Steam profile?

Anyway: I have already linked my account to Humble Bundle. So I'm convinced it is safe.

Yes it's safe. The steam login thing doesn't actually give them your password or username, just a unique id

"the site will be able to identify you within the Steam Community and retrieve public info such as your stats and achievements.
a unique numeric identifier will be shared with the site, rather than your Steam login credentials.
basic information about your Steam account will be shared with a third-party web site. See our Privacy Policy for more information."

Okay, thank you.

humble has probably the closest relationship with Valve/Steam. they were promoted here once officially and they also had features that no other store/bundle had. now they are bigger and a small own distribution platform. you can also safely buy your steam games there.

You can check out other sites here https://isthereanydeal.com/ that are fully licenced in digital media distribution and are fully authorised by Valve and endorsed by publishers/developers. You can also monitor live prices of software on there too.

Yes it is, I tried it and you can log out from steam on Humble Bundle whenever you want. I got Killing Floor and 2 guest passes from the code I recieved. I'm convinced it is safe.

While Killing Floor isn't a problem anyway since it's free, I would generally recommend to not keep your keys sitting there forever. If the site gets "hacked" you might loose them; in such a case, loosing a key that's already been used is basically a "so what?" kind of deal.

Watch out for the Nuuvem keys. These may be region restricted.
