Can you add on Steam videos of other games?
For example, if I record a Minecraft video, can I add it on Steam or is it restricted to Steam games? Because when I add a video it asks for the game title, but it's optional.

you already have your answer. it is optional to name the game, ergo it is irrelevant if the video even is from any game. you can add videos from your cats if you want to.
