It’s for a game: Dungeon of Dragon Knight apparently.
To be sure try running these programs:
MBAM free: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
Eset online scanner: http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/
Adwcleaner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
If these find one or more infections but do not fully remove them it will be wise to register with a malware removal site to receive dedicated malware removal instructions, an expert will remain with you throughout the process until confirmation that your PC is 100% clean.

this game.
last update was in november.
"Gen" = Generic. so this is not even a clear detection.
if you have not more infections of seemingly random files, this is with a high chance just a false positive.
translated: your AV doing snakeoil things to announce that it is there and "working" and to make you feel "safe", which you are not anyway. if you have no hard feelings for this software, uninstall. windows defender does a decent enough job and does not such snakeoilery.
Anyway, upload detected files that do not contain personal infor to virustotal. So many engines test it.
