Missing games Eidos Anthology

Good morning all,

I purchased the Eidos Anthology Bundle on January 3, 2020.

But when I look at my game in the library I only see 34 games out of 52 included in the Bundle.
And when I click on the missing games it tells me that I have to buy them again.

I have tried to contact steam support, but no response so far.

Has this ever happened to someone?

I do not know what to do

the bundle also displays some DLCs. these will of course no be separately listed in your library.

either way. for bundles you only paid for what you didn't have.

Bought on Dec 31, Jan 1st. I dont see missing things, could you list some missing games and your region I can double check those for you.

I could see you getting a game blocked if you are german or something. if you used a vpn to buy that would explain missing games (theyd be missing on the remote region)

No, but if I look on my receipt on steam its said: Eidos Anthology (Ru/CIS/IN), but im from Canada why do I receive a Russian version of the bundle

Either your Steam location was wrong or you were on the wrong store page.

I'd strongly suggest looking into this and NOT INSTALLING or playing ANY of those things until you know for 100% positive which version you should have.

Find the purchase, choose the "I have a question about this purchase" option.

so you have no email receipt?

Eidos Anthology (Ru/CIS/IN) is a package and not a bundle and it is not store active, you cannot buy that from Steam. so you activated a retail key, correct?

Then this isn't a Steam problem at all, instead this is whoever gave you / sold you that product key. If it had been a steam purchase, Support can help as I suggested before, but unfortunately this is NOT a steam issue.

The region details are rarely (but occasionally) on the screen that pops up when you redeem a key otherwise everything would say US, ROW, or RU/CIS/IN (which tend to be the main three). And you tend to already know what you are getting unless buying from dodgy websites.

Ok that explains why you are missing things, most Ru things will be heavily suppressed and is to be avoided unless you yourself live in that region

but what you say is a good point, steam should show what is being activated, either the exact contents or the sub id or app id, then the customer can use steam.db or something to figure out what they are activating

Stress that to support so that they hopefully create a ticket for a future fix

not showing the region should not happen, specially if the key can have secondary effects like overwriting a valid license behind region activation lock, getting banned or whatever else that could happen due to this

thats why gifts do show their region if they do have one

This is why you don't buy Steam keys from shady resellers. This isn't Steam's fault, it's yours. If you have a problem then just contact support for the site that you bought your key from. Surely, they will straighten that right out for you.
