No. Because I know there is no actual Spotify integration here. If there was, we wouldn't be having the constant suggestion thread about Spotify integration.

It's similar with YT links, where you see a full description of the YouTube video and the thumbnail chosen by the content creator.
Spotify has not been integrated on the Steam Chat, thus you cannot log in at all.
