How to know if you were blocked by a user?
I dunno if I was blocked by my sister or not, she doesn't live with me anymore and I can't get in contact with her

I think if someone has you blocked then you can't see them as online even if they are, so try opening a browser where you're not logged in to Steam and see if you can see her as online while she's offline in your friends list.

I think. Not sure.

when still on friendslist, you cannot:
- see the person being online in the friendslist.
- comment anywhere on their profile / profile content.

when not anymore on friendslist:
- stuff from above and
- clicking on the add friend button will tell you that you are blocked.
