How do I know what games I have "permanently" removed

Games that are permanently removes do not show up in the library.And if u have downloaded its files it will show it in library but u will have to buy that game again to play it.

No you can restore the game through steam support, but I am not aware of what games are removed on my account, I would like to know so I could restore or check

There is no record of which games you permanently removed with the Support Page function.
They will also no longer appear in your purchase history or license page.
So if you did not write them down somewhere and cant remember the titles you are 100% out of luck.

Turn on Family View on your account. Then check "Only games I choose". See the list of games, that will be offered. There are removed games too.

If you are interested in these games, you should not delete them.
It makes no sense to say: "I am not interested in this game and in the info I have bought it, so I want to delete it permanently" and then to say: "I am interested in the games I deleted permanently".

Yes it does. Under Stats & Tools you have Removed Game/Software Checker which I tried.

But it doesn't seem to work accurately anyway. As it listed 3 of my current games (have not been removed by Steam and store page still exists) in the list. In other words, the tool said 3 brand new ACTIVE games have been removed from Steam completely, not just my account. So it's not entirely accurate.

OP wanted to know, over a year ago, which games HE removed from HIS Steam account via support. the mentioned site is for removed games from the store, which is not his account and even removed games from the store wont be removed from accounts, so that wont help in any way.

I'm also looking for a solution to this right now. My friend went on my computer and permanently removed some of my games... I had over 100 games now I have 95. There's literally no way to get them back because I don't know what games he removed..
