a complete normal card lets you craft a normal badge for the game, up to 5 times
a complete foil card lets you craft a foil badge for the game, just once.
they can not be mixed for crafting.
if a card drop happens or a booster pack is opened:
every drop is random for the set and there is a 1% chance that the card will be foil

all cards are one time use for crafting, if you craft a badge with a completed set, the whole set of cards used for crafting the badge will be destroyed.
the normal badge has 5 levels, every time you craft the normal badge for a game, the current badge will get replaced with the higher level one you crafted
