Other than that, if you would be more specific about the games you are missing, one could tell you why they aren't here. However, in many cases, it's just they never got a PC port.
If you're looking for "not crappy ports" then you're barking up the wrong tree here: you need to contact the developers and publishers of those console games, in order for them to know that there's still desire for the games to be better ported.

If someone had already bought the games, they can freely redownload them at anytime, but if you didn't, your currently out of luck.

If you want the super old ones, you can buy them used for the older systems. WB owns the licenses for them basically, and i doubt they will release them. Look what they are doing with the Looney Tunes IP. There trying to erase it. That is their logic to old things.
