hd 3000 only supports dx 10.1 not 11.
The issue is that Microsoft is stupid
What you see on the first page shows you only what the OS supports NOT the video card
To see want the video card supports go to the Display tab and in the upper right look at the box “Feature Set” the numbers there show what DX version the card supports
