Activision had a bunch of licenses expired this month. Legend of Korra got removed from all stores as were the Transformer games.

I was very lucky, there exist very few copies of the game on G2A, I bought one of the 4 remmainig, so if you want the game on Steam, you gotta make a move now.

Don't buy from there - it's a wretched hive of scum and villainy.

I wonder why did they remove it alongside the transformers game without even announcing about it days before

They normally don't announce license expirations for games.

Sword Coast Legends, did. Alan Wake did so as well. Both gave discounts.

Activision and Blizzard (more accurately Vivendi) merged, it wasn't a takeover, and it happened in 2007 so wouldn't have been the reason titles were taken off steam (and elsewhere) in 2017.

Does anyone know if this game will get put back on to the store again?

Ask Nickelodeon or who ever owns the IP rights

Its doubtful. Korra didn't have a huge amount of popularity (hence it's early ending) so what few sales would be made this many yeras after the show's end would probably not be worth the licensing costs.
