Should have kept it all here where it could be controlled.
Except People abused the gifting system to sell gifts on some shady third-party site which clearly violates the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
Doesn't have to be in-game, just related to that game.
If you have a copy of Half-life and want a copy of CS 1.6, you post the trade in either forum.
There is also the Steam Trading Card Group that is used for general trading, then there are user groups that also specialize in trading.
Games can not be traded anymore as it is, only gifted, so they would have to have it in their inventory from before the change.
There is a sub-forum list to the right on every game hub. One of the sub-forum states trade.
You would be running into the same issue in any trading sub-forum. Everyone wants a deal and is not willing to trade for a game with out getting one. Current market value for games is not what they go by either, they look at how cheap it was in the past and assume that everyone trading purchased it at that price.
