There is no such thing as SteamPay. Block and report the user, they were attempting to scam you.

Yep, no such thing as SteamPay. Money is not transferable between accounts. All you got was a text the other user typed in.

If it doesn't show in the trade window, where all items will show (all those little boxes) then it will not be traded.
