i think gog, humblebundle are legit.
Well this is sort of why you buy from reputable sellers on Ebay with a 99%+ positive rating.
Not sure why some people act like you need to know rocket science when shopping on Amazon or Ebay
What do you say about this? Not only is it half the price of steam you also get all the DLC with it and the seller has over 99% positive feedback. Not sure why people act like shopping on Amazon and Ebay requires knowledge of rocket science

and for gog and greenmangaming they most likely have a deal with steam taking many of their keys selling for them cheap not so cheap that they have a loss and steam is happy as they have a sell in bulk

And you always get back your money from any scam from Amazon
Well if a person is a scammer on Ebay then you would see a lot of negative feedback, it ain't rocket science you know.
go for gmg or gog
not for those cdkeys site which is basically you give them money to steal a cd key
I would stick with Amazon, though. Well, unless you buy from someone in your own country, as Ebay doesn't care if you get scammed by someone outside your country. Paypal will also look the other way if that happens to you. Believe me.
Amazon - They buy the games from the developer and have full control over their prices.
E-bay - Unknown source for the games. Even with a highly rated seller, there is still a risk involved. Some buy from grey market sellers, then resell on ebay for a profit. Some may even be selling stolen keys.
GoG.com - Not always a lower price and they tend to sell older games.
GMG - Sometimes lower, sometimes not. As they buy keys from the developer, they also more control of their prices, just like amazon.
Also:
Steam - 100% reliable, authentic keys, no possibility of scam.
Amazon - Like eBay, there are independent sellers, and ratings can be less reliable. Region locks, previously used CD keys can happen, even if the seller didn't intentionally do this.
eBay - All it takes is one bad sale when you're the buyer. Remember too, not all bad experiences result in negative feedback, especially if the situation is resolved before feedback is left, especially where refunds are issued.
Key resellers in general - Some are legitimate, some are not, and some are just not well programmed with regards to key distribution and data management. You can get region-locked keys, keys that have already been redeemed, invalid keys, and so on. Although, reliable sites like GoG and Bundle Stars seem to be perfectly safe to use, but don't always offer the best deals.
