Games That Don't Require Reflexes
In Rainbow Six Raven Shield there is a planning phase where you strategize the actions of your squad, there is also a observer mode where you kick back and watch your plan unfold.

And in Advance Wars on the GameBoyAdvance the game works like chess where you can take your time between actions. I like this game because it has air/land/sea vehicles, it's like a 21st century version of chess.

I like games that takes reflexes, but sometimes I just want to relax and kick back and play at my own pace, it's a stress reliever.

when the game starts you have to press start usually. the window is pretty big but you do need to take a reflexive action in response to prompting. so that you can beat the main menu.

I only played the first game so I can only really say that that one is good. Anyway, I think you'd genuinely really enjoy these games. They're like Rainbow Six but it's just the planning phase. Basically you issue orders to your units while your opponent does the same and once you lock in a turn, both player's orders play out at the same time over the course of 5 seconds.

Also, a tip that took my a while to figure out, you can issue mock orders to enemy units to better get a feel for how your orders stack up against what they could do before you commit.

How about an "auto-battler?"

https://store.steampowered.com/app/2205850/Dwarves_Glory_Death_and_Loot/

You make decisions, recruit, outfit your Dorfs, get loots, etc. You just don't have to do the combat. They go into battle and you get to see how good your decisions were.

There are loads of games that don't require direct control of anything. 4X games, "Tactical Shooter" games like X-Com, RPG games like the Baldur's gate series, etc. In some you will be moving individual units, in others you won't.
cosmoteer
dominions 6
mechabaellum
stellaris
singleplayer wesnoth.
most total war games are won on the strategic layer, and all you have to do is pause and set a formation for most fights. pretty popular with the low-reflex strategists I know.

Turn based RPGs and tactical RPGs don't require reflexes. You usually have plenty of time to plan your next move.
Space Beast Terror Fright is one.

You aren't going to beat them using your reflexes, but you do need to think through your plan before things get any more out of hand.

When I got the hang of planning it kind of reminded me of Chexquest 3D. Very straightforwards.

Turn-based RPGs, turn-based strategy games, turn-based tactics games, real time strategy games with the ability to pause and plan before executing (or with total automation of absolutely everything if you so desire, as in the Distant Worlds games,) certain automation games potentially (though while not requiring reflexes, can be demanding in other ways,) certain programming or programming-like games you can automate things in, digital board games, and maybe certain colony sim games, are probably going to be your jam in that case.

You can search while filtering by those genres and tags and find a plethora of options, or Google games matching those descriptions and see what you think looks like it might be up your alley.

Games without reflexes?

I think those are called: "Movies". :neonp:
there are a lot of games like that. Just spend a few minutes looking into steam tags. But game requires you to use your brains and attentions so best is to take a rest instead of playing games
