What is the Best way to eat a Potato?

The Potato is very Versatile to say the least. It can be Prepared and Cooked in many ways. But what is the best way to eat it? Baked? Chips (UK)? Chips (US)? Loaded with lots of delicious Ingredients? Or maybe Potato Pancakes? I have to say I am quite Partial to Fish and Chips, as it's one of the only Good things about the UK. But what about You? What is the best Way?

Like this. Just replace the olive oil with goose fat. And for the potatoes You can also push them out of the peel after cutting in, and You would remove those black dots. One could also cut them a bit different into cubes, so they would all have a similar size and shape. But i guess all in all - all those fried potatoes recipes are somewhat similar.

What is also nice is potato gratin, but it´s a bit more complex and takes longer, but for taste it would be a tie.

Then as third there would be fries, while simple cooked potatoes with some butter and salt also works well with some fish for example.
