be Careful with game studios as they may discriminate you by the nation you are from
I am starting this topic to warn and make awareness about a game studio called Moonwalk Interactive Hong Kong Limited which does games of the anime Date-A-Live. Date-A-Live: Crisis Arise (Japan version) and Date-A-Live: Spirit Pledge (Global) and they are trying to shutdown the Global version just to focus on the Japanese version without warning and no reason. I did stated this to the devs of the game many times that what they are doing is Fraud and Discrimination against other nations but, they brushed me off with bot like reply's which I had enough where I literally reported them to United Nations and I am doing a petition to shutdown that now racist game studio. So Be careful which game studio you associate with.

1) This is not a steam game

2) Online services die all the time. Welcome to the real world. That does not make it a 'scam'

They simply dont get enough profit from it. Running a server isnt free :tobdog:
read user agreement next time
spirit crisis in the japanese version and came later.
spirit pledge is china/global.
same game.
dunno where you see that they are trying to shut something down. if they wanna shut it down, they would just do it and doing that is neither fraud nor discrimination.
the UN will not care if your favorite gacha game shuts down.
also nothing to do with Steam.
So youre mad they are shutting down global servers...but want the United Nations to shut down the developer.

Makes all the senses.
I literally reported them to United Nations and I am doing a petition to shutdown that now racist game studio.

Dan they also have something to laugh about, you really deserve the price
Any business can refuse the right to service anyone that they want, including on the grounds of sex, religion, and nationality. It is not against any law domestic nor international.

"It's been a long hard road over these last decades but I think we may finally have a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian confl- Oh wait, stop everything guys. A Steam user just sent us an urgent request! Let's see...they say a developer is shutting down some game servers for all except Japan! Well, we'll see about that. That racist developer is going to rue the day the U.N. became aware of their scheme"

Fun fact

SoulWorker was once under one studio on Steam but they lost global access to servers and eventually the owners of the actual game took down those servers and put SoulWorker back up under their own store page, Steam literally didn't do anything and it had nothing to do with fraud nor discrimination, they just lost rights to the game and had to shut the servers down

https://gamingonphone.com/news/date-a-live-spirit-pledge-hd-will-shut-down-on-may-20-2023/
I want to also say how Date a Live Spirit Pledge HD was a beta game, it never fully released and they decided to call it off, their allowed to do that, effectively your mad over a company not finishing an early access title, however after looking into it, the irony here is your wrong about the developers entirely.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/1047440/DATE_A_LIVE_Rio_Reincarnation/ < Here is the only Steam game which is not made by Moonwalk, the only one on Steam is made by Compile Heart and Ideal Factory

2nd thing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SCtq3LGKRrg
Date-A-Live is not the only game to remove a nation from its servers, alot more famous and well known games have done it already and nothing happened, it happens, people move on
