Why do so many gamers hate wireless mice?
I just don't get it. Why so many gamers just hate wireless mice? I don't notice much difference!

No love for track ball? I love them over mice, even took one to work!

I like optical vs a laser mouse.

No matter what sensitivity I use, laser seems off. Like that belt notch, where one is too loose and the next one is too tight.

I don't have that problem with optical.

I haven't used anything but the Microsoft Trackball Explorer since before some Steam users were born. I think they stopped making them in 2003. Mice are lame. You move your hand? The whole thing? Sounds weird.

It's surprisingly effective for snap movements since they directly correlate to physical locations on the mouse pad.

I don't know. I've never had an issue with my MX Revolution, then again it is both wired and wireless because...why not both? :P
I have both types at once, I use my wireless most the time, more in games I know I'll be moving it around more, but I have my wire mouse in case the other dies and I need to change the batteries.

A wired mouse means, well, no worry of the battery dying.

Battery adds to mouse weight, for shooters you need light mouse.

I hate everything wireless, and not just as a gamer. if something goes wrong it's just one less thing to have to rule out when troubleshooting. no worry for batteries/charging either. not to mention you often, not always but often, pay a premium on the wireless version of a product. everything wired is more reliable, even if only by a fraction, the "convenience" of wireless is not really worth it to me 9 times out of 10.

Because they haven't tried the G900 yet.

I use a wireless mouse, I've only had to replace my batteries twice a year. It's not that big of an issue.

It is when you play 15+ hours a day. Then the batteries don't last as long.

But I do exactly that. Still only replace it a couple of times each year. (If you include the time I browse the internet, it should amount to that.)

Then you got a awesome mouse, the ones I bought didn't last that long.

It was $15.00 on Amazon when I got it. Still using it since 2014.
