Looking for games with broadside combat

So, lately i've got an itch that needs to be scratched. I want to play a game where the combat is focused on broadsides.

Can be SciFi like Rebel Galaxy or more historic naval combat. Can be Fantasy like Cloud Pirates as well.
Has to be Singleplayer, with a good story, or at least some good goals for some long time motivation.

Do you have some recommendations?

Literally noone is not gonna say AC: Black flag, so I'm just gonna say it.

WIth boats:
Assassin's Creed Rogue, Assassin's Creed Black Flag, Assassin's Creed 3.

With space ships:
Rebel Galaxy

That's pretty much it other than a few RTS games.

Pm a better gmod pirate ship wars, but it's only in preparation access atm. Look it up if you wish :P

No one said sid meier's Pirates yet? Perhaps the best game in the genre.

Tempest is ok, but was designed for mobile, so be aware of that.

Pirates blood and gold Caribbean, although the naval combat is kinda meh.

The pirate: Caribbean hunt, another mobile port, but its free.
