What kind of cheese is the best cheese?

You want to know what the best cheese is that science itself has proven?

Mozzarella is the answer. No joke.

Mozzerella cheese melts the most optimally so its on Pizza, Grilled Cheese Sandwhiches, and other foods more often than other cheeses. It has the best taste and bacterial count than other soft cheeses like feta. Goat Cheese comes in second. As far as nutritional value, Mozzerella falls short compared to hard cheeses that are packed with calcium and vitamin a and b12 like parmesean and Swiss.

…I don't think the scientific method can be applied to determine which cheese is the best cheese, unless you're fixing for specific kinds of best. Even then, what we know today in regards to science may be disproven within your lifetime, or within that of your progeny.

As to what I like, once more I have a list. Why? Why not?
  • Sharp Cheddar
  • Muenster
  • Provolone
  • Mozzarella
  • Romano
  • Swiss
  • Monterey Jack
  • Parmesan
  • Gouda
  • Vermont Cheddar
I like these. I don't like Bleu and Colby Jack. I don't think you could pay me to eat Casu martzu. I might consider eating Pepper Jack at some point.
