But i like their mices.
Logitech. I gave Razer a try with their headphones, but still prefer Logitech.
The build quality on this new headset is much worse than my old one, despite being of equivalent value, and it's missing some of the features which the old one had. Somebody above has already said that their monitoring software is terrible - in my case it almost bricked my computer, threw up countless errors, and I still find it awkward to use. And when trying to fix some of these issues, I found that their customer service was very unhelpful and uncaring.
I'm still using my Logi stuff until it breaks, but after that I'm very likely gonna start looking elsewhere for my computer accessories. They've definitely lost a loyal customer here.
My most favorite mouse, ever, was an MX series, high-resolution, variable resolution switchable, weighted free-flow flywhel, professional graphics grade mouse I used for 3D stuffs. IT. WAS. AWESOME.
It was also a series that Logitech had skimped on and bought up a huge lot of crappy, terrible, left-mouse-click buttons that would get stuck and cause the user to have an aneurysm while screaming random curses and inexplicable shaking and pummeling of said mouse...
The videos on how to fix the button on this MX series are still on youtube... :/ :/ :/
I still prefer Logitech over companies with histories of producing weird "gaming mice." That's likely a bit biased of an opinion, though.
Note: I have sort of big hands. I can't use a small mouse. I absolutely have to consider the size of the mouse whenever I replace one. Make sure you're not up against the same limitations and the mouse you buy is comfortable to use. (Heck, I can barely use the small footprint keyboards that are popular these days. I have to hunt for full-form-factor keyboards... hunt for them. I wear keyboards out regularly and most of my keyboards don't have as much screenprint on the letter keys as they came with. My laptop looks like it has a braille keyboard.)
Razer is that pricey overrated tech company right? I don't bother with them when Logitech is willing to sell quality goods at an inexpensive price.
