Pokemon nickname banning

Let me start this off by saying I get banning curse words, slurs, and genital names for nicknames.
But I don't get banning names that are banned in a language I did not select nor region.

How am I supposed to know that Kiki is offensive in Tagalog? Or that Jodariel, is a combination of offensive Spanish words?

Honestly I don't care about what perfectly normal or fantasy name somehow offends someone anymore. Just let me name my pokemon whatever is not outright considered offensive in my language, and just default the name back to species name if I trade that creature to where that name is offensive in that main language.

Sorry for the rant. I'm just sick and tired of being limited in names for offensive terms I wouldn't know the name would mean.

No idea; could be the verb tense, but who regularly uses it that way? Plus, I have Capture+'s to show that "Spoon" on its own is, in fact, considered prohibited language in the game.

Edit: The game censors Spoon because you can't say "poo"....

That's an incredibly stupid thing to ban, that's assuming that everyone knows all the meanings of a word.
