Also, if you happen to like tower defence games that happen to require grinding, you may enjoy Defenders Quest.
The reward / grind ratios can all be changed in game options and it has plenty of replay value.
And, Orks must Die is decent too, especially the 2nd one.
Theres also Deathtrap, by neocore games? A good amount of grinding there, literally lol.
Its a "dark gothic fantasy steampunk" 3rd person tower defence like orks must die where you control an avatar with semi action rpg elements.
and you can kill thousands of enemies by laying traps. It's a tower defence game.
I remember Dungeon Siege 1 and 2 (gas powered games) and Space Siege. They can get repetitive as but I love that sort of grinding game lol
Edit: I think I've seen Space Siege, but haven't played it. Looks great tho.
you got payday,payday 2,dead by daylight
Or Plants vs Zombies? The only grind is saving gold to buy new weapons (cough, seeds) and quite a basic lane based tower defence but good fun.
Another cool low spec grinder that springs to my mind is Stardew Valley?
You could end up investing a lot of time in that if it runs on your system.
Its farily cheap though.
@A grown ass depressed furry:
You could add a bunch of these suggestions to your Steam wishlist and just take advantage when the inevitable steam sales tempt you. Thats what I usually do.
It isnt that I am poor, though far from comfortable financially, its just that gaming wise I have too many to work through at the moment as it is (on top of other things) - so why pay top dollar for a game if I can wait a while, but its personal preference.
Or if you have approx £100 available, you could get an entry level Nvidia GTX 1050 for example - assuming you have a desktop machine and a motherboard with a spare pci express slot.
That upgrade will be adequate for virtually all the games in this list up to 1080p (1920x1080 resolution) and the entry level cards like that tend not to require any additional power connectors.
If on the other hand you are wanting these game suggestions for a laptop, then obviously don't bother with the graphics card idea.
