DOTA 2 lagging after Windows 10 and no sound.

I recently updated my PC to Windows 10 and it seems as DOTA 2 is not running properly. It worked like a charm on Windows 8.1. All other games such as COD (Advance Warfare) work fine. I've also set Dota 2 as a high performance in Switchable graphics but it lags even when it starts and I have to restart my PC. I also get no sound as well. Please help someone.
I have a Core-i7 model with 2GB AMD Graphics card and 8GB RAM. I think it should work easily.
All my Intel and AMD GPU drivers are updated to latest versions which support Windows 10.

I have already tried that several times and it doesn't work. I also re installed Conexant Smart audio driver. And the main problem is the game freezing and not responding.

1. how about reinstallation of directx 9.0c redistributable from microsoft or mirror download from filehippo?

2. upgrade/downgrade of amd gpu driver?

I downgraded my GPU driver to 15.5 Beta and it started working but I still have the audio issue, and the GPU driver is incompatible on Windows 10 due to which some issues are occurring.

Uninstall all GPU and Intel HD drivers. Reboot
Install Intel HD drivers, reboot
Install compatible GPU driver and reboot
Remove all audio drivers from device manager and install the latest version from your device support center.
Reboot is recommended after this step.
I tried this and the issue was rsolved. Hope this helps. :)

Maybe the game was using the integrated card chip from Intel and not the AMD one.
