AF is most commonly a Power or RAM issue for the most part; now that does mean those are the only culprits. Best bet is to reset the CMOS and go from there. If this continues, test all the RAM and DIMM slots one by one until they are cleared of any errors or if presented with errors, see what all it states and replace the faulty RAM if needed.

AF means Exit boot Services event.
I'm not sure, but I believe it means the BIOS is not compitable with your CPU.
You will need to update the BIOS version, and please watch several tutorials before performing it.

Many on ASUS Forum and elsewhere have also reported that once they started getting the Code AF, it only got worse and was never actually cleared up until they tried and/or replaced their CPU. But yes please like I already said when speaking with you; you will want to update the BIOS to the very latest (non-Beta) version; to help ensure of overall compatibility; as the bios updates will usually address all of that over time.

If after the latest bios version is applied; then u still continue to have issues; we can troubleshoot further.

I've helped about as much as I can; try the basics.
Remove extra RAM & GPUs so you just trying to boot off single stick of RAM and single GPU; then see how it goes. You can download the updated bios version via another working machine and have that ready to update your board with. With 1x RAM & 1x GPU; if you still issues getting the board to initially come up on-screen, reset the CMOS.

What ram, and are all cables properly connected in right spots and the graphics card, what other stuff you got connected,

"remove every single thing apart for"

Cpu, Ram, Cooler, Hard-drive with the operating system.

Then boot the pc.

if that turns out to be fine, then plug in keyboard and mouse. if that's fine

Then steadly connect other things turning pc on and off each time

Look obviously it's too much for you; seek local tech help; or contact and talk with ASUS Support.
