If so that's a tough one to replace without being handy with a dremel
For example one guy is saying -
gtx 1650 requires class 2.3.1 uefi bios so it won't work as the 7010 bios isn't 2.3.1 level.
Now this could be rubbish but read what everyone has to say about what works.

16g of ram is fine for it
get a dedicated gpu, and psu

the 3770k has higher base and turbo clocks in locked boards and much better when oc'd

Still, you can get by. I'd suggest a used 1060 or RX 580, or a new 1660 Super if you want to get a better PSU. Otherwise, a card that runs off the slot power alone can do alright. Cards like that would include the 1050 Ti and 1650 Non-super.
