monday model natural. does not happen on every card but is also not a rma reason by default afaik.
this happening is heavily affected by power circuits.
you might be able to lessen or even fix it by changing the power connection to the psu.
f.e if your psu has multiple pcie power connectors, try the other ones.
also limiting your fps should help. f.e. it does not make much sense to push 300fps to your 60hz screen.
I suggest you to limit frame output at least to the frequency of your monitor and / or enabling vsync.
This should stop the coil sound, lower the power usage of the GPU and make the card last longer.
I´ve never owned a GPU that had a permanent coil whine. That does not seem properly manufactured, imho. I once owned an adapter that had a coil whine, and it did broke down at some point, sooner then I expected. So I don´t relate that to something that should be happening.
I don´t think it´s "natural". Or maybe it´s "normal" for that type of card? But that would surprise me, tbh. I find it hard to believe it´s supposed to do that. Feel free to disagree of course.
I would not neglect it, if I were you. Especially if you still have warranty on it.
But I don't have that card, so... I may be completely uninformed.
There must be someone with this card who can reply. (?)
There are things you can do to reduce coil whine like reducing power limits, capping fps or enabling vsync for example but if you experience it during idle or low/medium usage situations then I would try to fix it.
