30fps> 1080p,or 60fps> 720p.your choice.
4 GB of RAM, intel hd graphics card driver, i3 processor...........etc.
with that graphics card driver for your laptop, you will be barely playing dota 2 at 30 FPS barely even at the lowest settings and vsync off.
also, i3 is the weakest out of i5 and i7.
i seriously doubt the CPU specs you provide OP will run dota 2 smoothly.
anyone who says that your CPU will run smoothly totally when playing dota 2 with such specs must be plain silly.
i kindly implore that people who wants to play this game and to get a computer to play this very smoothly go and look at the system requirements at the dota 2 steam store page first.
