Will Dota 2 run smoothly on Acer Aspire 3
Hi everyone. I need help. I just bought an Acer Aspire 3 A315 . I would like to know if Dota 2 will run smoothly on this on low settings. It has Intel i3 7100U processor, an Intel HD Graphics 620 GPU, 4GB DDR4 RAM. Settings will be set to low and I just want to know if it will run Dota 2 smoothly with no latency or lags. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It won't get any latency or lags while I'm playing? I just don't want to get the laptop and then have no decency in playing because of fps dropping or latency or lags. Thanks for the response Sapph

You should check it by yourself.[www.systemrequirementslab.com]

Hi Ais. Yeah I know that website, to check if it runs or not. I have not gotten the laptop yet. I bought it online and will get it later. I saw some reviews that it works on that laptop but I just wanted a second opinion from the Steam Community. I just wanted to make sure that it would run smoothly on it, so I don't be wasting my money it. Thanks for the response though. :)

My laptop is worse than that, and it runs perfectly (though I don't have it on max settings, just to be safe).

Thanks for the response Eccentric Song. I always play on low settings. Really don't need the settings to be high. Thanks man. You kinda got me happy since I know this laptop I'm gonna get later will play Dota 2 decently.

Not sure if it'll run smooth but yes, you can run it on the lowest graphic setting.

30fps> 1080p,or 60fps> 720p.your choice.

It should, just run on low settings, especially because using onboard GPU, the video RAM will use part of your 4GB, so close other apps when playing dota. System specs like that are not meant for gaming.

4 GB of RAM, intel hd graphics card driver, i3 processor...........etc.

with that graphics card driver for your laptop, you will be barely playing dota 2 at 30 FPS barely even at the lowest settings and vsync off.

also, i3 is the weakest out of i5 and i7.

i seriously doubt the CPU specs you provide OP will run dota 2 smoothly.

anyone who says that your CPU will run smoothly totally when playing dota 2 with such specs must be plain silly.

i kindly implore that people who wants to play this game and to get a computer to play this very smoothly go and look at the system requirements at the dota 2 steam store page first.

Hi graystripe. Thanks for the response and the feedback on the specs that I have provided. I didn't actually get the computer coz I was worried of the mixed comments and response. Will just wait for more cash and get the ROG, much better right?
be ready for only playing dota 2 for 2-3 years on a cheap laptop like that, burns the cpu
