Also, one thing to keep in mind is that those system requirements are based around achieving 30fps, not 60fps.

minimal requirement means that the game will start. It doesnt say that the game will be playable at all.

Recommended requirements however means that the game will be playable just fine. The problem is, that there is no standard if that means at 30 or 60 fps... at which resolution or settings.

Why do you only have 4gb of ram? Buy another identical kit of the 4gb stick and have at least 8gb minimum.

yes you can...i tried running it at 1280x720. i was getting around between 20 to 30 fps. but there was massive frame drops or 15 to 20 fps..
